How do I send chat messages?

HealthUnlocked members can send private messages to each other using the chat functionality. Follow these steps to send a message:

1. Access Chat: Click "Chat" on the bottom menu or click here to access your private message page.
2. Start a New Message: Click the "New" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Select Recipients: In the "Search people" box, type the username of the member(s) you want to message and select them from the drop-down menu. You can add up to 10 recipients for each message.
4. Group Subject: If you are sending a message to more than one member, choose a group subject.
5. Compose Your Message: Type your message and click the “Send” button when ready.

Reporting private messages:

If you receive a private message that you believe is spam or abusive, you can report it:

1. Report Message: Click "Report" located next to "Mute" underneath each message.
