How do I send chat messages?

HealthUnlocked members can send private messages to each other using the chat functionality. Follow these steps to send a message:

1. Access chat: Click "chat" on the bottom menu or click here to access your private message page.
2. Start a new message: Click the "new" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
3. Select recipients: In the "search people" box, type the username of the member(s) you want to message and select them from the drop-down menu. You can add up to 10 recipients for each message.
4. Group subject: If you are sending a message to more than one member, choose a group subject.
5. Compose your message: Type your message and click the “send” button when ready.

Reporting private messages:

If you receive a private message that you believe is spam or abusive, you can report it:

1. Report message: Click "report" located next to "mute" underneath each message.
