How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:


1. Go to the Reset Password Page

Click here to navigate to the reset password page.


2. Enter Your Email Address

Type in the email address connected to your HealthUnlocked account and click the "Submit" button.


3. Check Your Email

Access the inbox of the email address associated with your HealthUnlocked account. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.


Note: If you don't receive the email, it might be because your email provider blocked it. Please check your spam/junk folder or read more about email issues here.


4. Click the Reset Link

Click on the link in the email. This will direct you back to HealthUnlocked, where you can enter a new password.


5. Choose a New Password

Enter a new password that is at least 6 characters long. For better security, we recommend including:

  • A number
  • A capital letter
  • A symbol

6. Log In with Your New Password

For security reasons, you will be required to log into your account with your new password on each device you use.
