Who reviews my chat message report?

HealthUnlocked takes your safety on the platform very seriously. Only HealthUnlocked staff can see and review reported chat messages.

The chat functionality is not community-specific so your community moderation team will not be able to review your report. If the HealthUnlocked staff feel there are actions to take in order to keep you and your fellow peers safe, we will take any necessary measures.

If at any point, you have received an unsolicited message through the chat functionality and feel uneasy about the member who has contacted you, please report the chat message and mute the member immediately.
