Trust between HealthUnlocked and our members is based on transparency and honesty. While the website is running smoothly, we’re aware of these issues:

  • Some may have difficulties seeing replies to certain questions/posts without having to scroll down to the bottom of the page

You may have noticed that you’ve had to sign back into your account. This is to protect you from the Heartbleed security vulnerability. You can learn more about it and our response to it here. Due to this issue, we strongly recommend that you update your online passwords. For information on how to create a strong password click here.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience and assure you that we are working tirelessly to resolve them as soon as possible.

Additionally, you may notice some differences between your personal News Feed and your community Activity Feed over the next few weeks. This is because we’re testing improvements to the News Feed.
