What should I do if I am not receiving HealthUnlocked emails ?
There are several reasons why you might not be receiving your HealthUnlocked email notifications.
A common reason is that our emails to you are being directed to your spam Inbox or being blocked by your email provider (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, gmail). You can resolve this issue by adding 'email@example.com' to your contacts. Click below to see how to do that on:
Another possibility may be that you have an incorrect email address linked to your HealthUnlocked account. You can verify this by following the steps below:
1. Click on your profile picture on the top menu and select "Settings". Alternatively click here to access your Account settings page
2. Scroll down and verify that the correct email address is entered in the "Email address" section
3. If you make any changes, make sure you click "Save changes" before leaving the page
