How to pin and set a sticky pinned post

Pinning a post makes it easier to find, ensuring the information is accessible to your members. As a moderation team member, you can make the most important pinned post sticky so it more visible on the community.

How to Pin a Post:

• Select "More" below the post you want to pin.
• Click the "Pin" button.
• You will be asked if you want to make the pinned post sticky. Select "Yes" to place the post at the top of the community home.

Once confirmed, your post will show up as "pinned" on the home page of the community under the ‘Pinned Posts’ heading.
