Image upload requirements

Use these quick rules so your image uploads cleanly and looks right after cropping.

• Allowed file types: .jpg  , .jpeg  , .png  

  Maximum file size: 10 MB

• Cropping: Images are cropped to 770×630 and 1540×1260
  • Keep faces/text near the middle so nothing important gets cut off.
• For best quality: upload 1540×1260 or larger.

Troubleshooting

• “File type not allowed” → Re-save as .jpg/.jpeg   or .png  .
• “File too large” → Reduce dimensions or export with higher compression to get under 10 MB.
• Important parts are cut off → Re-crop your original to 1540 × 1260 (or 770 × 630) and re-upload.
