How do I change my email address?

If you’d like to update the email address linked to your account, you can do so in just a few steps:

1. Log in to your account

Make sure you're signed in using your current email address and password.

2. Go to your account settings

• On desktop: Click the menu in the top-right corner of the screen
• On mobile: Tap the menu in the bottom-right corner
• Then select Account Settings, or go directly via this link: healthunlocked.com/settings

3. Update your email address

• Find the Email field
• Enter your new email address twice
• Click Save changes

4. Confirm your new email

We’ll send a confirmation email to your new address.

Click the link in that email to verify and complete the update.

Tip: If you don’t see the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Try resending the verification from your settings page.
