Why am I seeing spam posts?

We work hard to keep HealthUnlocked safe, but sometimes spam posts or accounts may still appear. When this happens, it’s usually because spammers create new accounts and publish content before our systems or moderators have had a chance to remove it.

What we do to prevent spam

• We use automated tools and moderation processes to detect and remove spam as quickly as possible.
• Our team regularly reviews reports and takes action on accounts that break our guidelines.

Even with these measures in place, some spam can still slip through, especially if it is posted suddenly or in large volumes.

What you can do

If you see a spam post, please report it using the report button on the post. This alerts our moderation team so we can take action and remove the content as soon as possible.
