Understanding email notifications for polls

Unlike regular posts, posting a poll to your community will immediately trigger an email notification. 

For this reason, you need to be mindful of the following: 

1. Create polls often, but not daily, to prevent email fatigue from your members (we recommend 2-5 times per month).
2. Avoid deleting recently created polls, as the email notifications triggered will lead members to an empty page.

When creating a poll, you will get this prompt on HealthUnlocked:

For every poll created, members will get an email notification. These emails will come with a link that will take the members directly to the newly created poll.

When deleting a poll, this new page will come up encouraging you to edit your poll rather than delete.
