How to resolve duplicate words, when writing or replying to a post
If you are finding that your words are duplicating when creating or replying to a post, you are using an older version of your device's OS system or an old version of your browser that is no longer supported.
If you are using HealthUnlocked with unsupported versions of software, using predictive text or autocorrect will further cause you this this issue.
Unsupported versions include:
- Android versions less than 9, and browsers Firefox and Silk.
Resolving this issue
Please go to your keyboard settings, and disable predictive typing and all text corrections. Depending on your device, this might include text suggestions, auto-complete and spellcheck.
As each phone manufacturer is unique, on some devices, you will be able to find keyboard settings by finding a “cog icon” above your keyboard.
For other devices, you may need to go to settings, locate “Language and Inputs” and disable all text corrections.
