How is my age calculated on HealthUnlocked?

We do not collect your full birth date as that can be considered personally identifiable information. 

You can enter your year and month of birth on your profile, and we will calculate your age considering the first day of your birth month. 

e.g. If you select "March 1986", your age will change on March 1st of every year.
