Why can I only change my username twice?
HealthUnlocked strives to put in place all possible means to have a safe platform to provide every members with the best experience possible.
As a member of HealthUnlocked, you have a unique username that you created when you first joined. If you wish to change it, you can only do it twice.
This limit was introduced as a security measure for malicious behaviour on communities. E.g. members that keep changing their usernames to avoid being recognised after spamming or trolling.
