How do I update my account and email settings?

In your account settings, you can update the following:

  • Contact preferences
  • Language settings
  • Data sharing preferences
  • Your email address and password
Note: As part of your preferences, you can opt out of emails from us, but it is not currently possible to opt out from on-site pop-ups


For desktop users:
 
1. Click on your username on the top menu and select "Account". Alternatively click here to access your Account settings

2. To edit your settings, tick/untick the boxes as required 

3. Before exiting the page, save your changes for each section

For mobile users:
 
1.  Select the icon with 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of your screen 

2. Select the cog symbol at the top right of the menu; this will take you to your account settings page

3. To edit your settings, tick/untick the boxes as required

4. Before exiting the page, save your changes for each section
