How do I edit my profile?

Your HealthUnlocked profile is your personal account as seen by other users.

It can include personal information about yourself (e.g gender, age, country) as well as details of your health background (conditions, symptoms and treatments).

You can choose for this information to be entirely private or visible to other members of HealthUnlocked.
Please note that this information will never be visible or accessible for anyone who is not a member of HealthUnlocked. Protecting your privacy is one of our key priorities.

For desktop users:

1. Select "Update profile" under your username in the box on the lefthand of the screen. Alternatively click here to go directly to your Edit Profile page 

2. You will now see the sections that make up your profile; scroll down and edit as needed

3. To keep a section private so that other users can't see it, tick the "Make private" box

4. Before exiting the page, make sure you save your changes 

For mobile users:
 
1. Select the icon with 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of your screen 

2. Select the "Profile" button and then the "Edit profile" button under your profile image

3. You will now see the sections that make up your profile; you can scroll down and edit as needed

4. To keep a section private so that other users can't see it, tick the "Make private" box

5. Before exiting the page, make sure you save your changes
